Brenda is a tenacious trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving real estateconstruction defects, liens, complex contracts, intellectual property, corporate and partnership issues, products liability, title insurance, deceptive trade practices, and insurance/reinsurance. Brenda also has years of experience in bankruptcy matters, including motion practice, adversary proceedings and litigation involving competing and contested plans. She is rated as “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell® and has been named a Texas Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers®, a Thomson Reuters service, twelve times (2005, 2009-2019).
