AssociateCharleigh advises and assists clients with their business life cycle and contract negotiation needs. Specifically, Charleigh's practice focuses on business formation, funding and capitalization through equity and debt, and business acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining the firm, Charleigh gained experience at a Big Four accounting firm in international taxation, and at a Dallas law firm as a corporate associate. Charleigh received her law degree from William and Mary Law School, where she served on William & Mary Law Review. |
