Associate AttorneyEmma C. Jenevein represents clients through all stages of the litigation process. Her experience includes contract, healthcare, and other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Emma was a summer associate with the firm’s litigation group. She served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Renee H. Toliver in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Emma also has experience as a law clerk at a labor and employment boutique. During her legal education at SMU Dedman School of Law, Emma worked in the First Amendment Clinic, representing underserved clients in free speech, defamation, and civil rights matters. She also served as an Associate Editor of the law school’s flagship journal, the SMU Law Review. |
